Welcome to the UCSC Special Collections Request System
All requests to use Special Collections materials are made through this system.
With this system you can:
- Submit requests for books, journals/newspapers, manuscript and archives materials via:
- Search our Catalog
- Our finding aids on the Online Archive of California (OAC)
- Selected collections in the UCSC Library’s Digital Collections
- A manual form for unprocessed collections
- Submit requests for reproductions of special collections materials
- Submit requests for permission to publish special collections materials
- Track the status of requests, and access detailed information about past requests
